Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BusRide.in, we aim to offer flexibility while ensuring smooth operations across our Shuttle, Intercity, and Rental services. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled—but please note, it may evolve based on operational needs and seasonal demand.

 Shuttle Services

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations within 2 hours of departure are non-refundable.

If a shuttle is delayed by more than 30 minutes or canceled by BusRide, you may request a full refund or reschedule.

 Intercity Travel

Flexible Cancellation Window:

Cancel up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund.

Cancel within 24 hours for a 50% refund, subject to operator policies.

Operator-Initiated Cancellations:

In case of trip cancellation by the bus operator, a 100% refund will be issued.

 Private Bus Rentals

Cancellation Terms:

Cancel more than 72 hours before the rental start time for a full refund.

Cancel between 72 and 24 hours before the trip for a 50% refund.

Cancel within 24 hours of the rental start time: non-refundable.

Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability and prior notice.

 Seasonal Adjustments

During peak seasons (festivals, holidays, long weekends) and off-peak periods, cancellation windows and refund percentages may vary. These changes help us manage high demand and ensure fair access to services.

Peak season cancellations may have stricter timelines and reduced refund eligibility.

Off-season bookings may enjoy more flexible cancellation terms.

Any seasonal adjustments will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

 Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For UPI or bank transfers, additional details may be required.
